Vthrotl Simulators primarily serves clients throughout Southern and Southwestern Ontario. We also consider projects outside our primary service area depending on the location and scope of the installation.

If you're outside our service area, we can help you explore the best options for your sim racing setup or connect you with trusted partners to get you racing, even if you're a bit farther away.

The typical turnaround time for a turnkey simulator is about 4-6 weeks. Since each system is built to your specifications, we take the time to carefully assemble, test, and fine-tune everything. Factors like product availability or any custom requests can sometimes affect this timeline, but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way, so you’ll always know when to expect delivery.

In most cases, we plan for a 6-8 hour setup to ensure your simulator is perfectly fitted and to provide a personalized training session. For those seeking an elevated experience, we offer an optional return visit the next day for any fine-tuned adjustments based on your feedback. Please note that this premium service comes at an additional cost - our goal is to ensure everything feels just right for you.

Each simulator we build is tailored to your specific needs, so there isn't a one-size-fits-all solution. While our online shop offers a selection of sim racing hardware and upgrades, complete turnkey simulators are quoted individually to ensure the right components, configuration, and level of performance for your space, budget, and goals. This personalized approach ensures you're investing in a simulator that's built specifically for you.

For purchases through our online shop, we accept major credit and debit cards, as well as Interac e-Transfer.For complete turnkey simulators and larger custom projects, we also accept Interac e-Transfer and EFT (wire transfer). Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our simulators, a deposit is required upon agreement of the quoted price. This allows us to secure the necessary hardware and begin the build process. The remaining balance is due prior to delivery. Full payment must be received before the simulator leaves our facility for installation at your location. Because each system is built specifically for the client, payments become non-refundable once hardware procurement and assembly have begun.

Turnkey simulator builds are custom-built to each customer's specifications and are final sale.Due to the specialized nature of sim racing equipment, products sold through the Vthrotl online store are generally considered special-order items. Returns are not accepted unless authorized by Vthrotl and may be subject to manufacturer approval and applicable restocking fees. Custom-built, made-to-order, and special-order products are not eligible for return. Approved returns must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned at the customer's expense. If your online store order arrives damaged during shipping, please notify Vthrotl within 48 hours of delivery and retain all original packaging. This allows us to work with the manufacturer and shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Products sold by Vthrotl are covered by the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. Vthrotl will assist customers with the warranty process for products purchased through us.
