Vthrotl simulators are turnkey systems built using high-quality sim racing hardware and tailored to the individual client, rather than offered as a one-size-fits-all package.The cost reflects not only the hardware itself, but also the time and expertise involved in component selection, assembly, configuration and testing, along with delivery, installation, driver fitting, training and support after delivery. Each system is built around the client’s space, intended use and driving goals, with the final configuration determined by the requirements of the build.

Each Vthrotl simulator is built to order around the client, the available space and the type of driving they want to focus on. A complete build can include the chassis, seat, steering hardware, pedals, display, computer or console, audio, motion where applicable, and the software needed to bring everything together.Assembly, testing, delivery, professional installation and hands-on training are included, so the simulator is delivered as a complete solution rather than a collection of individual components.

Yes. Vthrotl builds both console-based and PC-based racing simulators, depending on the client’s goals, intended use and preferred type of driving.Console-based systems offer a straightforward way to enjoy high-end sim racing, while PC-based builds provide greater flexibility, broader software support and access to more advanced hardware options, including integrated motion systems.Both can be developed as complete, made-to-order solutions with delivery, installation and hands-on training included.

Yes. Vthrotl simulators are built around hardware and chassis platforms that allow many components to be upgraded or changed over time.Depending on the system, future upgrades can include steering hardware, pedals, displays, PC components, accessories and motion. This allows the simulator to evolve as your interests or needs change without necessarily replacing the entire system.

Yes. Many Vthrotl builds are designed with future motion upgrades in mind. The ASR 4 and ASR Pro chassis we commonly use are both well suited to motion systems, allowing clients to add motion later without replacing the main chassis.Depending on the configuration, a compatible motion system can be added as part of a future upgrade. Vthrotl can also provide installation and setup services if you would prefer the upgrade to be professionally handled.

Yes. Hands-on training is included with every complete Vthrotl simulator build. Once installation is complete, we walk you through the controls, software and basic operation so you feel comfortable using the simulator.A user guide is also provided as part of the leave-behind package, outlining the normal startup, usage and shutdown procedures.If questions come up after delivery, clients can contact Vthrotl for support. Remote support is also available for PC-based systems where applicable.The goal is to make the simulator approachable and easy to use, even if you’re new to sim racing or unfamiliar with the hardware.

Demonstrations may be available by appointment for prospective clients who are actively considering a complete Vthrotl simulator build.A demo provides an opportunity to experience the hardware, discuss different configurations and better understand what may be appropriate for your intended use and driving interests.Our London, Ontario studio is not a public showroom, and demonstrations are scheduled selectively. Contact Vthrotl to discuss your project and determine whether a studio appointment would be appropriate.

The typical turnaround time for a turnkey simulator is about 4 to 6 weeks. Because each system is built to order, time is required for hardware procurement, assembly, configuration and testing.Product availability or custom requirements can affect the schedule, and clients are kept updated throughout the build.

In most cases, we plan for approximately 6 to 8 hours on site for installation, final fitting and hands-on training. More complex systems may require additional time depending on the configuration and location.An optional return visit can also be arranged if further adjustments are requested after the client has had time to use the simulator. This service is available at an additional cost.

Once we receive your inquiry, we’ll follow up to learn more about your space, goals, intended use and the type of simulator you’re considering.From there, we’ll recommend a configuration and prepare a quote outlining the proposed system and pricing.If you decide to move forward, the required deposit is collected before components are ordered. The simulator is then assembled and tested before delivery, installation and hands-on training.

Each simulator we build is tailored to the individual, so there isn’t a one-size-fits-all configuration. Our Core, Enthusiast, Pro and Ultimate Series provide clear starting points, but each can be built upon and adapted around the available space, intended use, driving interests and level of performance required.While our online shop offers a selection of sim racing hardware and upgrades, complete turnkey simulators are quoted individually so Vthrotl can recommend the right combination of hardware and services for each project.

For purchases through our online shop, we accept major credit and debit cards, as well as Interac e-Transfer.For complete turnkey simulators and larger custom projects, we also accept Interac e-Transfer and EFT (wire transfer). Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our simulators, a deposit is required upon agreement of the quoted price. This allows us to secure the necessary hardware and begin the build process. The remaining balance is due prior to delivery. Full payment must be received before the simulator leaves our facility for installation at your location. Because each system is built specifically for the client, payments become non-refundable once hardware procurement and assembly have begun.

Yes. Vthrotl works with businesses, automotive and motorsport organizations on racing simulator projects tailored to their needs.Depending on the application, this can include customer engagement, training, demonstrations, events or other specialized uses.Each project is approached individually based on the space, intended use and performance requirements.

Vthrotl Simulators primarily serves clients throughout Southern and Southwestern Ontario. Projects outside our primary service area may also be considered depending on the location and scope of the installation.

Yes. Vthrotl offers a selection of sim racing hardware through our online shop, including products from manufacturers we work with such as Fanatec, Advanced SimRacing, Sigma Integrale and Vero Motion.Our online catalogue focuses on select products rather than every available component, and it will continue to expand over time.If you’re looking for something specific that isn’t listed, contact Vthrotl and we can let you know whether it may be available.

Yes. Products available through the Vthrotl online shop can be shipped to most locations across Canada.Orders are typically fulfilled and shipped directly by the manufacturer or distribution partner. Shipping costs and delivery availability can vary by product and destination, and additional charges may apply for remote or difficult-to-service areas.If you’re unsure whether a product can be shipped to your location, contact Vthrotl before ordering.

Turnkey simulator builds are custom-built to each customer's specifications and are final sale.Due to the specialized nature of sim racing equipment, products sold through the Vthrotl online store are generally considered special-order items. Returns are not accepted unless authorized by Vthrotl and may be subject to manufacturer approval and applicable restocking fees. Custom-built, made-to-order, and special-order products are not eligible for return. Approved returns must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned at the customer's expense. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.If you're unsure about compatibility or product selection, please contact Vthrotl before placing your order. We're happy to help ensure you choose the right equipment the first time.

If your online store order arrives damaged during shipping, please notify Vthrotl within 48 hours of delivery and retain all original packaging. This allows us to work with the manufacturer and shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Products sold by Vthrotl are covered by the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. Vthrotl will assist customers with the warranty process for products purchased through us.
