Terms of Service for Vthrotl Simulators Inc.

​1. Services

Welcome to Vthrotl Simulators Inc. ("Vthrotl," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website, purchasing products, or engaging our services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

 

2. User Responsibilities

By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when requesting quotes or placing orders.

• Use our website and services for lawful purposes only.

• Not engage in any activity that may disrupt our business or infringe on the rights of others.

3. Quotes and Orders

​

All quotes are estimates based on the information available at the time they are issued.

Product pricing, specifications, availability, and lead times are subject to change without notice due to supplier or manufacturer changes. While we make every effort to ensure the information on our website is accurate, errors may occasionally occur. Vthrotl reserves the right to correct pricing or product information and to decline or cancel orders affected by such errors.

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

​

Orders are not considered accepted until confirmed by Vthrotl.

​

Estimated delivery and shipping dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed and may vary due to supplier availability, manufacturer production schedules, shipping carriers, customs delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

 

4. Payments and Billing

​

Payment terms will be outlined on your quotation or invoice.

​

Deposits may be required for custom orders and special-order products.

​

Products procured specifically for a customer may not be cancelled once procurement has begun.

​

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment in full is required before products are delivered or shipped.

​

Ownership of products remains with Vthrotl Simulators Inc. until payment has been received in full.

5. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

​

Turnkey simulator builds are custom-built to each customer's specifications and are considered final sale once procurement of components or production has begun.

​

Due to the specialized nature of sim racing equipment, products sold through the Vthrotl online store are generally considered special-order items. Returns are not accepted without prior authorization and may be subject to manufacturer approval and applicable restocking fees. Custom-built, made-to-order, and special-order products are not eligible for return.

​

Approved returns must be in new, unused condition, include all original packaging, and be returned at the customer's expense. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

​

If your online store order arrives damaged during shipping, please notify Vthrotl within 48 hours of delivery and retain all original packaging. This allows us to work with the manufacturer and shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

6. Product Information and Compatibility

​

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications, and images are accurate; however, manufacturers may change specifications, included accessories, finishes, or packaging without notice.

​

Product images are provided for illustrative purposes and may not exactly represent the product received.

​

Customers purchasing individual products are responsible for confirming compatibility with their existing equipment. If you have any questions regarding compatibility or product selection, please contact Vthrotl before placing your order. We're happy to help ensure you select the right equipment for your simulator.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and other materials, is the property of Vthrotl Simulators Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

 

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vthrotl Simulators Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

Sim racing equipment may include force feedback, moving components, and immersive visual effects that may cause motion sickness, dizziness, or discomfort. Users assume all risks associated with the operation and use of simulator equipment and agree to follow all safety instructions provided.

​

Vthrotl shall not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including supplier shortages, transportation delays, weather events, labour disputes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

​

In all cases, Vthrotl's total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the applicable product or service.

 

9. Warranty

​

Vthrotl provides a 90-day workmanship warranty covering the assembly, installation, and configuration of turnkey simulator systems unless otherwise stated in writing. This warranty does not replace or extend the manufacturer's warranty on individual components.

​

Products and components sold by Vthrotl are covered by the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. Warranty terms and coverage are determined by the manufacturer. Vthrotl will assist customers with warranty claims for products purchased through us but is not responsible for warranty decisions or obligations of the manufacturer.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services for your convenience.

Vthrotl does not control or endorse these websites and is not responsible for their content, products, services, or privacy practices.

 

11. Changes to Terms

Vthrotl reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time.
