ASR Shifter & Handbrake Plate
The ASR Shifter and Handbrake Plate is a sturdy mounting solution for installing a shifter, handbrake, or both on a compatible aluminum profile simulator chassis.
The plate mounts above the shifter arm, positioning the controls closer to the driver while providing a secure platform for a range of popular sim racing peripherals.
The ASR Shifter & Handbrake Plate provides a simple way to add a shifter or handbrake to an aluminum profile simulator chassis.
It is available in three configurations:
- Shifter & Handbrake Plate Set: Supports a shifter and handbrake together
- Shifter / Handbrake Plate: Supports one shifter or handbrake
- Upgrade Kit: Converts an existing single-plate installation into a dual-peripheral setup
The plate mounts directly to a compatible profile shifter arm for a compact installation and improved positioning beside the seat.

The Simagic DS-8X Shifter and TB-1 Handbrake may mount directly to a compatible profile shifter arm using manufacturer-supplied hardware and may not require this plate.
This ASR product is shipped directly from Advanced SimRacing in Montreal, Quebec.
ASR products are typically prepared and shipped within the manufacturer’s current production lead time. Transit time within Canada generally ranges from two to four business days after the order has shipped.
Lead times are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, order volume, and destination. Tracking information will be provided once available.
Advanced SimRacing products include a limited lifetime manufacturer warranty covering the durability of aluminum profiles, steel plates, gussets, and associated mounting hardware under proper assembly and normal residential use.
The warranty does not cover commercial use, incorrect installation, misuse, accidents, shipping damage, cosmetic damage, normal wear, or buyer’s remorse.
Vthrotl will assist customers with eligible manufacturer warranty claims.
Due to the specialized nature of sim racing equipment, products sold by Vthrotl are considered special-order items. Please review product specifications carefully before placing your order.
Returns are not accepted without prior authorization and are subject to the manufacturer's return policies, approval, and any applicable restocking fees. Custom-built, made-to-order, and special-order products are not eligible for return unless otherwise approved by Vthrotl.
Products approved for return must be in new, unused condition and returned in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
