Returns are not accepted without prior authorization and may be subject to manufacturer approval and applicable restocking fees. Custom-built, made-to-order, and special-order products are not eligible for return unless otherwise approved by Vthrotl. Products approved for return must be in new, unused condition and returned in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
