Shipping times may vary depending on product availability, manufacturing lead times, and destination. Tracking information will be provided when available. Please inspect your shipment upon delivery before signing for receipt whenever possible. If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please notify Vthrotl within 48 hours of delivery and retain all original packaging. This allows us to work with the manufacturer and shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
This product is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty coverage and terms are provided by Vero Motion. Vthrotl will assist customers with warranty claims for products purchased through us and coordinate directly with the manufacturer whenever possible.
Due to the specialized nature of sim racing equipment, products sold by Vthrotl are considered special-order items. Please review product specifications carefully before placing your order.
Returns are not accepted without prior authorization and are subject to the manufacturer's return policies, approval, and any applicable restocking fees. Custom-built, made-to-order, and special-order products are not eligible for return unless otherwise approved by Vthrotl.
Products approved for return must be in new, unused condition and returned in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
